Kevin Buck is a collaborative executive coach and leadership consultant with over 25 years of organizational experience across a wide spectrum of groups and industries. He is the principal of Emergent Success, a consulting company that specializes in collaborative leadership engagement strategies and co-innovative team development.
Kevin assists leaders and their teams to transform themselves and their organizations – motivating change from within. Through the collaborative development of a laser-focused and critical thinking approach, executives are empowered for thoughtful assessment and strategic implementation of team leadership practices. Executives then act their way into a new way of thinking that is congruent with their team and company goals.
In addition to providing executive coaching services, Kevin is an accomplished speaker and facilitator who delivers substance along with inspiration. Kevin has presented keynotes to various organizations on corporate culture and collaborative engagement strategies for the workplace
Prior to his work in organizational consulting, Kevin was Director of the Center for Leadership for the Saint Joseph Health System. He directed a nationally recognized leadership program that trained the top five hundred executives in an organization of twenty-seven thousand employees and thirteen hospitals. Kevin also developed and delivered innovative leadership training for executive management teams through strategic planning retreats, seminars and coaching. Adept at working with leaders throughout the organization, he provided facilitation for system-wide meetings, physician leadership retreats, executive management teams and board meetings. Kevin currently works with clients across a broad spectrum of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance and Technology.
Kevin developed and taught coaching programs for Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) Professional Development Program, the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management’s “Managing in the 21st Century” program. Kevin is trained in psychology, philosophy, classical literature, and complexity science and is a life-long learner.
