FLOC and Kids Konnected this Month!
Hey FLOC!
August was an awesome month! 60 of you signed up to volunteer with Mission Hospital at the Ketel One event and 25 of you fed the homeless at the Friendship Shelter in Laguna Beach! Thank you to everyone for your service and participation!!
Word is spreading about FLOC and its resulting in an exciting calendar for the next several months.
1) Next Wednesday (Sept. 9th, 7-9PM) we meet with Kids Konnected at the El Ranchito Restaurant in Laguna Niguel. You can expect special “FLOCaritas,” great food, a brief talk from Kids Konnected Ex. Dir. Dave Peters, an opportunity raffle ($10 a ticket), and salsa music/dancing from DJ Andrea! RSVP and get more details here!
2) FLOC presents its first leadership training event with Niurka, Sept. 29th, 7-9PM at the Ritz Carlton! More details.
3) October is Habitat for Humanity month! We’ll be at the Napa Wine Bar in San Juan Capistrano (Oct. 7th, 7-9PM) with Habitat’s Ex. Dir. Sharon Ellis to learn all about building homes for the needy. More details.
4) Finally, we are pumped to announce Casino Night with “We ROCK” at Hennessey’s Tavern in Dana Point (Nov. 4th 7-9:30PM). More details.
