Dear Future Leaders of OC,
1) The big FLOC holiday cocktail party for the OC Food Bank is this coming Saturday, 8PM at FLOC headquarters! Entertainment will be provided by the Zack Salazar band and DJ dance music by Andrea. Expect good eats, fun bartenders and a new specialty drink from Kettle One Vodka. Admission is a full bag of dry food for the OC Food Bank. 2) WeROCK is in need of volunteers this Sunday morning to hand out water at the Santa 5K/10K Aid Station. Andrea says it’s okay to show up a little party “tired” :). 3.) Yes, FLOC is doing a spring “MEXICO SERVICE CRUISE” to visit an orphanage! No doubt this will be an absolute blast and a great memory to tack on to 2010. Finally, big THANK YOU to all the FLOC members who attended and supported The Innocence Mission’s World of Wonderment Gala this past Friday. Special congratulations to FLOC member, CEO and “TIM” Founder Elaina Kroll for her courageous efforts and bold witness to bring awareness to the issue of child sexual abuse.
