Goodwill is in the business of helping people who are facing barriers, to get and keep jobs which provides purpose, pride and dignity. We believe the power of work changes lives.
Over the next five years we intend to double the number of people we serve by providing services that are innovative and driven by the needs of the community.

We are Orange County’s leading nonprofit provider of education, training, and career services for people with disabilities as well as those with other barriers to independence. We enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals, families, and communities by eliminating barriers to opportunity and helping them reach their fullest potential through powerful programs and services.
Through the revenue generated from donated goods sold in our stores throughout Orange County including shopgoodwill.com, we strengthen our capacity to achieve our mission through this unique social enterprise. In addition to retail operations, diverse revenue streams also include document destruction services, e-waste collections, packaging and assembly services and workforce development.
