John Henry Foundation

Founded in 1989, the John Henry Foundation is located in Santa Ana, California. We specialize in providing a safe, welcoming, and clinically supervised long-term residential community that focuses on the unique needs of adults with Schizophrenia Spectrum Illnesses.

These types of illnesses profoundly impact both the individual and their family. Those living with Schizophrenia Spectrum Illness have deficits in nearly all areas of functioning. Families have often experienced traumatic and confusing incidents related to their loved one’s illness and do not know where to turn for help.

JHF provides a home, psychiatric care, a therapeutic community, family support and education, recreational activities, and a community activities program to promote stabilization and healing for both
